- I spearheaded and led the conversion of the Polytechnics in Ghana to Technical Universities in 2016.
- Kumasi Polytechnic became the best Polytechnic in Ghana for a number of years
- The Polytechnic was the 4th best higher education institution in Ghana in 2015 in terms of research and publication
- The Polytechnic had more terminal degree (PhD) holders than there were in all the other nine Polytechnics combined
- There were more Senior Lecturers in the Faculties than there were in all the other nine Polytechnics combined
- There were more Associate Professors in the Faculties than there were in all the other nine Polytechnics combined
- There were a number of completed and ongoing innovations, including the solar wheelchair, solar bags, conversion of plastic waste to petroleum products, assembling of electric cars, assembling of desktop computers, laptops and tablets
- A 300-acre land was acquired for a new site for the Institution and a complete design of the Institution was
- Another 200-qcre land was acquired to serve as the Entrepreneurship village to mimic the Silicon Valley of the USA.
- A clinic and a modern gym were established
- A USD500,000 grant was won on competitive basis from the Ministry of Energy to establish a Solar Technology Centre at the Entrepreneurship Village
